UK Average House Prices Continue to Rise
Despite the unprecedented global events, this year house prices have risen. The average annual UK house price growth across the UK has been recorded at 3% according to the Zoopla UK House Price Index. This rise is a two and a half year high.
Not only has the average house price risen but it has now broken the £250,000 figure for the first time in history.
The picture shows the year on year property price performance from highest to lowest increase, with the North West toping the board and North East bringing up the rear.
