Extraordinary start to new programme series 'Property Elevator'.
Property Elevator a brand new series coming to Property TV where hopefuls pitch their property projects to savvy investors and developers.
Getting onto the property ladder in 2019 is no mean feat. Being able to start developing or investing in property is arguably even harder, but this doesn't stop a large proportion of the UK population from aspiring to become a property developer or investor.
Without the right knowledge and access to funding, (whether it be the Bank of England or the bank of mum and dad) this aspiration is not going to be more of a pipe dream.
Property Elevator, a new programme series soon to launch on Property TV, will have a positive impact on this, helping applicants to realise their dreams both financially and experientially in developing and investing.
Host of the show Stephen Galpin and one of Property TV's resident property consultants said, "I'm just delighted that here at Property TV, we have been able to offer our hopeful entrepreneurs the opportunity to secure the guidance advice and finance for their dream projects."
The programme has been jointly developed by Property TV with John Howard, an experienced and respected property developer. It has also attracted sponsored by Bridging Finance Solutions.
Successful applicants to appear on the programmes have the opportunity to win the financial support and experience of five seasoned, successful, property investors and developers.
Episode One was filmed in late February 2019. The day was a massive success with multiple deals being made in the room with projects totalling £1.36 million. The investors, who are referred to as ‘Property Angels’ are John Howard, Simon Zutchi, Nicholas Wallwork, Steve Jacob and Jatin Ondhia. All were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the deals that were brought to the room.
John Howard said of the first day’s filming “It was a really exciting day with some amazing pitches from people all over the country. I’m delighted that the show is doing exactly what I hoped it would - helping people fulfil their dream of being successful Property Developers and Investors”.
Find out how many of the five applicants who appeared in Episode One were successful on Sky TV on the 5th April, or watch online from the 6th April.
Following the success of the pilot programme, Property TV is now in pre-production of the next episodes in the series and applications are now open for new pitches to be made. Anyone who has an investable property proposition is free to apply, irrespective of their financial situation and experience in property. The Angels will do their own due-diligence in the room as to whether or not they think there is a deal to be had and a profit to be shared with the applicant.
Episode One features pitches presented by people from all over the country and from totally different backgrounds.
Michael Hammond the founder of the channel said, "Quite frankly I was staggered by the energy in the room, the quality of the deals and the Angels appetite to get onboard with the projects, which were beyond my aspirations for the show. I had a secret target in my head to fund half a million pounds worth of deals,. We blitzed that by raising £1.36m and I'm delighted. Of course the pitchers are now in the process of heightened due diligence by the Angels but from my conversations, the deals are progressing nicely. I defy anyone interested in property to watch this show and not to be empowered and inspired, which was my personal aspiration for the show”.
Applications are now open for the next filming date in late March. Applications are now open and can be made at Property-TV.co.uk/apply.
Property TV broadcasts on Sky Channel 189 with its new programmes and prime content scheduled daily between 9 and 11pm.
